We are looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join our Internal IT team in Limassol to handle IT support, asset management, and vendor coordination
Requirements
- 2+ years in IT Support / Service Desk
- Experience with ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.)
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Strong macOS and/or Windows knowledge
- Understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, DNS and network troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong English and Russian
