Detail-oriented and data-driven specialist to ensure stable and high-quality SMS delivery in assigned region. Monitor SMS route quality, manage daily operational processes, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery problems
Требования
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, reports, tables, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes
- Willingness to handle ongoing operational and monitoring activities
- Russian — fluent
- English — B1 or higher
- Previous experience in Accounting or Customer Success teams (advantage)
