We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Operations team and manage an international portfolio of domains and corporate services
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Account Management / Operations / Support / Back Office / Administration
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, or project management systems
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
- English B2 and strong written Russian
- High attention to detail, a systematic approach, and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to independently investigate tasks and find effective solutions
- Experience using ChatGPT / Claude and other AI tools
