About the job
Detail-oriented accountant for Fintech company bridging traditional finance and Web3. Will own day-to-day financial operations with focus on digital asset accounting, crypto reconciliation, and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred
- 3+ years accounting experience, 1+ in crypto/digital assets
- Strong grasp of blockchain, DeFi, smart contracts & token standards
- Proficient in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero
- Hands-on with crypto sub-ledger tools (Cryptio, TRES, TaxBit)
- Familiar with Ledger/Trezor hardware & Fireblocks/Coinbase Prime
- Advanced Excel skills; comfortable cleaning on-chain data
- GAAP/IFRS knowledge
- Crypto reconciliation experience
- Tax compliance experience
- Wallet security knowledge
