About the job
Experienced Affiliate Manager needed to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partnerships across the African market for a fast-growing iGaming company specializing in sports betting and casino. Responsibilities include partner recruitment, relationship management, deal negotiation, ROI monitoring, commission management, and regular travel to industry events
Requirements
- Strong experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience in Sports Betting or Casino (mandatory)
- Experience with CPA networks in Africa (strong advantage)
- Knowledge of tracking and postback technologies
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Fluent English (Russian/Ukrainian is a plus)
- Already based in Cyprus
