Requirements
- Expertise в LLM архитектуре: RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks
- Опыт с agent systems: multi-agent orchestration, memory management, tool use
- Доказанный опыт создания auto-researcher / co-scientist систем
- Strong Python + ML skills: PyTorch, JAX или similar frameworks
- Statistical rigor и experimental design для non-stationary environments
- Systems thinking: проектирование abstractions, interfaces, pipelines
- English proficiency B2+
- Nice to have: HFT/MFT experience, low-latency mindset
