Requirements
- Native-like English communication skills (C1+)
- 1+ years of professional development experience
- Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#)
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
