Requirements

- Стек: Go (backend), Python (AI/prototyping)
- Опыт построения agentic workflows, управления памятью диалога
- Знание RAG, embeddings, retrieval, reranking
- Навыки тестирования и оценки качества (evals, LLM-as-a-judge)
- Умение оптимизировать модели по качеству, latency и стоимости
