Paves Technologies is looking for an AI Program Enablement Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI transformation for a major payments/fintech client in Dubai. The role focuses on AI governance, operating models, stakeholder partnership, and workforce capability building
Requirements
- Significant experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, strategy, or technology governance
- Understanding of Generative AI, Responsible AI, and AI operating models
- Experience leading complex transformation programs across multiple business functions
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, and controls
- Experience within financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries
