Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional Android development experience
- Proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with Java
- Comfort with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose/Views, Gradle, and Git
- Hands-on experience shipping at least one consumer app to Google Play
- Solid grasp of asynchronous programming (Coroutines/Flow/RxJava)
- Knowledge of common architectural patterns (MVVM/MVI)
- Commitment to unit testing and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Clear communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams
- Growth mindset and ability to seek feedback
