Hands-on Business Analysis Tech Lead position, combining active project work (discovery, requirements) with ownership of BA standards, processes, and team methodology, including AI-assisted workflows implementation
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst in software or product development
- Proven ability to lead complex discovery and requirements processes
- Experience resolving difficult stakeholder, customer, and cross-team disagreements
- Strong understanding of software delivery and system dependencies
- Practical experience using AI tools in business analysis workflows
- Ability to introduce process changes and drive their adoption
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills
- Good written and spoken English
