About the job
Seeking a highly experienced Backend/Software Architect with deep expertise in Go and distributed systems design to work on fintech/banking projects at Andersen. Requires strong knowledge of concurrency patterns, messaging brokers, and containerization
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall software development experience
- 4-5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience with Go
- Deep understanding of goroutines, channels, context, memory model, and concurrency patterns
- Higher education in Computer Science
- Experience working with AI and its implementation
- Experience in fintech, banking, or high-compliance domains
- Proven experience designing distributed, microservice-based, and/or high-load systems
- Strong expertise in API design (REST and/or gRPC)
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Senior-level communication and documentation skills
