We’re hiring a hands-on Backend Team Lead to lead a team of 6–8 Go engineers and build high-load payment infrastructure used for real-time transaction processing
Requirements
- Strong Go/Golang background
- Previous Team Lead / Tech Lead experience
- Distributed systems & microservices
- PostgreSQL: transactions, indexing, optimization
- NATS / Kafka / RabbitMQ
- High-load, business-critical production systems
- CI/CD, monitoring, testing & troubleshooting
- FinTech / payments / PSP / acquiring experience
- Knowledge of settlements, reconciliation, refunds & chargebacks
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants / AI agents
