Premium specialty coffee shop in Dubai is looking for a Russian-speaking barista to prepare high-quality coffee, provide excellent customer service, and drive retail sales in a wellness-oriented environment
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Barista (specialty coffee experience is preferred)
- Good knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art
- Good sales and upselling skills
- Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
