Full-cycle recruiter role responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and managing the hiring process for multiple business functions within an international professional services company
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks)
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
