Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a trained software Business Analyst
- Experience in fintech projects/fintech product development (mandatory)
- Background in various types of financial services
- Fluent with Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
- Strong BPMN, Use Case, and UML skills
- Strong communication and technical skills with quick understanding of technical concepts
- Organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fluent English (C1 level, written and spoken)
