Ambitious Business Development / Sales Manager needed for rapidly growing fintech and payments company. Drive merchant acquisition across European markets, identify business opportunities, manage full sales cycle, and build strategic partnerships. Experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSPs, banking, crypto, iGaming or forex preferred
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
- Experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSPs, banking, crypto, iGaming, forex, or other high-risk sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to work independently
- Fluent English (additional European languages a plus)
- Existing network of merchants, affiliates, or industry contacts advantageous
