Boutique real estate and development company is looking for a Business & Financial Analyst to manage financial models, investment scenarios, and business planning for European and UK-based development projects
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong finance background
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis
- Solid understanding of project economics, ROI, taxation principles, and corporate structures
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced English
- Native or fluent Russian preferred
