About the job
Building and driving card scheme financial processes from scratch (Mastercard/Visa), including merchant pricing strategy, unit economics modeling, team management, and stakeholder interaction with schemes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in card scheme financials or fee analysis
- Strong understanding of card scheme rules, fee structures, and billing logic
- Experience working directly with Visa and Mastercard
- Experience building processes or functions from scratch
- Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional compliance (UK and EU EMI frameworks)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Russian (native) and English (B2+)
