Requirements
- 4+ years in leadership, in Country Head/COO/CEO positions in iGaming B2C
- Strong track record of expanding CIS markets
- Deep understanding of local regulations, player behavior, and market trends
- P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational excellence
- Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian
