Launch and lead B2C gambling operations focused on the LATAM market. Own P&L, build teams and operational infrastructure from scratch, define market entry and growth strategy, establish local partnerships
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Country Head, COO, or CEO roles within iGaming
- Proven experience launching or scaling B2C gambling/betting products
- Strong track record in LATAM markets
- P&L ownership and strategic planning skills
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian
