About the job
Established international payments company is looking for a CFO to manage treasury, cash flow, and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on cross-border money transfers and high-risk merchant business
Requirements
- Recent, hands-on experience (last 2-3 years) with the Russian market: payment routes, banking, compliance, and regulatory constraints
- Real ownership of treasury and cash flow: managing liquidity across multiple banks, PSPs, entities, and currencies
- Background in payments, fintech, PSP, iGaming/betting/gambling, high-risk merchant business, forex/brokerage, or crypto payments
- Experience with multi-jurisdiction structures: several legal entities, banks, currencies, and regulatory environments
