The company is looking for a Chargeback & Fraud Specialist to manage notifications from acquiring banks, handle merchant communication, ensure compliance with international card schemes, and analyze fraud patterns in a crypto-focused fintech environment
Requirements
- Experience in acquiring, anti-fraud, risk management, or merchant support
- Knowledge of international payment systems and chargeback processing principles
- Ability to process and systematize information from multiple sources
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient written English
- Native Russian
- Experience with VRMP, MMP, VCMP/MCMP is a plus
