Build and lead the business development strategy and team for a payment solutions company, focusing on LatAm markets and C-level negotiations
Requirements
- 5+ years in Business Development
- 2-3+ years in a leadership role (Head of BD, CBDO, Commercial Director)
- Hands-on experience in FinTech / Payments / PSP / Payment Gateway / Acquiring
- Proven track record closing complex B2B deals with C-level decision makers
- Experience building/scaling a BD function
- English B2+
- Ukrainian/Russian, Spanish is a plus
