Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a CEO/General Management role or a position with P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of establishing, improving, and scaling business operations
- Strong knowledge of finance and Kazakhstan legislation
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, 3PL, international or multimodal transportation, railway logistics, or supply chain management is highly desirable
- Established business network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and secure new contracts
