Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, budgeting, reporting (IFRS), and fundraising, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board within an Oil & Gas company
Requirements
- Senior finance leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar executive-level role
- Proven experience within the upstream Oil & Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, and corporate governance
- Solid understanding of IFRS
- Experience in corporate finance, fundraising, capital markets, M&A, and investor relations
- Fluent English, Russian and Kazakh languages
