Requirements
- CA qualification is mandatory
- 10+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience
- Strong FMCG exposure
- Experience as CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or senior finance leader
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, inventory, pricing, margins, and trade promotions
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial controls
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools
