Fast-growing technology company seeks experienced CFO to lead finance function and support company growth. Requires strong hands-on experience with Kazakhstan accounting, taxation, statutory reporting, and financial compliance

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years as CFO, Finance Director, or comparable senior finance leadership role
• Strong practical knowledge of Kazakhstan accounting, taxation, statutory reporting, and financial regulations
• Experience in business valuation and investment project assessment with DCF modeling
• Experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, and investment decision materials preparation
• Deep understanding of corporate finance and financial management
• Experience with budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and financial consolidation
• Experience managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
• Proven track record of cost optimization and business process improvement
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
