Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Finance Director
- Mandatory experience in a product technology (Product IT) company
- Strong hands-on expertise in business valuation, DCF modeling, investment analysis, and financial modeling
- Proven experience leading financial due diligence and M&A transactions
- Deep understanding of product business economics, including SaaS and/or product unit economics
