International fintech company is seeking an experienced CFO to oversee finance, accounting, treasury, reporting, liquidity, and risk management functions, with a focus on strategic expansion and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years of CFO / senior finance leadership experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, Forex, EMI, PSP or Crypto
- Strong expertise in Treasury, Liquidity & Settlements
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS, accounting, taxation & reporting
- Understanding of EU payment regulations
- Experience with Forex and/or Crypto markets
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Fluent English & Russian
- ACCA / CPA / CFA / CMA or equivalent is a plus
