Lead the holding's financial strategy, manage investments, fundraising, liquidity, and financial control while ensuring compliance with Italian regulations and international standards
Requirements
- 12–15 years of senior finance leadership experience
- Master's degree in Finance, MBA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Expertise in corporate finance, capital management, and investment evaluation
- Experience managing external consultants, auditors, and government stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Italian tax legislation, EU grants, and IFRS
- Fluent English (C2 level)
