About the job
We are looking for an experienced CLO / Head of Legal to take ownership of the legal function within an international iGaming business. The role covers licensing, corporate matters, contracts, compliance, data protection, and legal risk management
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on legal practice in the iGaming sector
- At least 2 years of experience leading the legal function or working as sole in-house lawyer
- Practical exposure to regulatory side of online gambling (Curaçao, Malta, Anjouan, etc.)
- Knowledge of commercial and legal specifics of iGaming (gaming/payment providers, bonus mechanics)
- C1+ English proficiency
- Fluent/Native Russian
