Chief Legal Officer to lead legal and regulatory agenda, corporate structure, M&A, and compliance strategy for an international group in the high-risk iGaming industry
Requirements
- 7+ years in legal roles, incl. 2-3+ years as CLO/General Counsel or similar senior leadership position
- Proven background in iGaming industry
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional licensing and regulatory engagement
- Track record building and leading legal teams
- Strong background in M&A, corporate structuring, and contract management
- Familiarity with AML/KYC/KYB frameworks and player protection regulation
- Fluent English
