Centrum Global Logistics is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead and develop the company's international logistics operations, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and profitability across the company's global network
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in international logistics / freight forwarding
- Proven experience as COO, Operations Director or comparable senior leadership role
- Strong expertise in international and multimodal logistics
- Proven track record in building, transforming or scaling logistics operations
- Experience in operational excellence, automation, TMS/ERP and digitalization
- Ability to lead multicultural and geographically distributed teams
- Fluent English
- UAE/GCC logistics experience is an advantage
