Requirements
- Proven zero-to-one product experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or managed services
- 5+ years in senior product leadership
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, including LLM, RAG, evaluation, observability, and MLOps
- Russian-speaking with fluent English at board-presentation level
