Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in retail lending risk management
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of risk metrics (NPL, FPD/SPD, Vintage, Roll Rates, CoR, LTV)
- SQL basics
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with credit scoring methodologies and fraud prevention
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and KPIs
