Requirements
- 5+ years in iGaming, fintech, trading, payments, or multi-brand platforms
- Experience leading engineering teams and building scalable products
- Strong technical background with a hands-on leadership approach
- Russian language proficiency
- Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate within 3 months
