Requirements
- Proven experience as CTO, Head of Engineering, or similar executive technology leadership role

- Strong expertise in backend architecture, infrastructure, distributed systems, and AI technologies
- Experience building and scaling high-performance engineering teams
- Strategic mindset combined with deep technical execution skills
