Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or payroll
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and security
- Strong ability in code reviews and solving production issues
- Experience with sensitive financial and personal data
- Knowledge of testing, observability, and incident management
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams
- Practical experience using AI in software development
