Requirements
- 6+ years in technology leadership roles
- Strong experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or drone technology
- PMP or related field; MBA or relevant certifications
- Proven expertise in product development, system architecture, and lifecycle project management
- Track record of leading high-performing technical teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience in high-growth or startup-like organizations
- English proficiency
