FxPro is looking for a Client Operations Officer to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus. The role involves supporting CIS clients, handling helpdesk operations, and managing payment methods for forex brokerage services
Requirements
- Native or fluent Russian/Ukrainian and advanced English
- Previous experience in customer support, client service or back-office operations
- Good understanding of how a forex broker operates and knowledge of MT4, MT5 and cTrader
- Understanding of payment methods used across CIS markets, including crypto, P2P, local cards and bank transfers
- Experience with helpdesk and CRM systems (SugarCRM, Salesforce or similar)
- Valid right to work in Cyprus
