Fast-growing fintech company seeks experienced Client Relationship Manager to serve as primary point of contact for live clients, managing relationships, conducting business reviews, handling escalations, and identifying growth opportunities in the payments ecosystem
Требования
- 2+ years experience in fintech sector with payment processing background
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Strong expertise in payment gateways and enterprise-level merchants
- Excellent relationship management and consultative skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics
- Willingness to travel for client and internal meetings
