Requirements
- От 4 лет опыта в Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits или HR project management
- Опыт разработки и внедрения проектов Total Rewards (job architecture, grading, salary structures, KPI-системы)
- Сильные аналитические навыки, уверенная работа с Excel и HRIS
- Английский B2+, русский C1+
- Умение работать с международными бенчмарками (Mercer/Comptryx)
