Hands-on Compliance Operations Specialist needed for FinTech company in Cyprus. Role focuses on automating compliance workflows, building risk-scoring models, optimizing processes, and collaborating with Compliance, Risk, IT and business teams. Requires fluent Russian & English and analytical mindset with strong interest in process automation and AI tools
Requirements
- Automate compliance workflows, reporting, dashboards & risk metrics
- Optimize alert handling, case prioritization & onboarding processes
- Build automated risk-scoring models & internal compliance reports
- Define clear technical requirements & structured inputs for developers
- Maintain & improve data-driven monitoring tools
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, IT & business teams
- Deepen AML/compliance knowledge
- Strong interest in process automation, AI/no-code/low-code tools
- Practical experience or willingness to use AI agents for workflow automation
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specs for IT
- Experience with automated reports, dashboards & operational metrics
- Fluent Russian & English (B1+)
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail & ownership
