Corporate Tax lawyer to manage tax strategy, transfer pricing frameworks, and shareholder planning for a business operating in high-risk industries like fintech and digital assets
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer or chartered tax adviser (CTA, ADIT)
- Minimum 7 years' practical experience in multi-entity structures (fintech, payments, digital assets)
- Genuine experience with high-risk industries
- Strong knowledge of crypto
- Ability to operate autonomously as a single contributor
- Ability to produce clear memoranda for a non-tax audience
