Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, employee engagement, or a related field
- Strong creativity and the ability to turn ideas into well-executed events
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with vendors, venues, and external partners
- Curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences
