Требования
- 3+ years leading end-to-end creative production for clients/brands
- Deep expertise in filming, editing, motion design
- Strong track record of creative team leadership
- Native crypto/web3 expertise with deep market understanding
- Proven experience managing marketing/content projects in crypto space
- Fluent English with strong client management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple productions
- Proactive, self-driven, takes ownership
