About the job
Manage CRM data quality, audits, imports, exports, and migrations. Build workflows, automations, routing rules, and sales pipelines. Create reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools. Support CRM integrations and day-to-day system administration
Requirements
- 1–2 years of CRM administration experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with workflows, automations, pipelines, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Russian and English B2+
