Requirements
- 7–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations
- Customer-facing background (Field CTO, Solutions Architect, Deployed Engineer)
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in at least one local language (Kazakh, Uzbek, Georgian, or Azerbaijani)
