Technical support for B2B brokerage clients, incident investigation, and system maintenance for MT4/MT5 platforms and liquidity bridges
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support experience in brokerage or fintech
- Experience with MT4/MT5 Manager & Administrator
- Knowledge of liquidity bridges (oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid)
- Practical SQL skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong English
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule (24/6)
